Operational pressure, made visible

Find the leak. Fix the rhythm. Keep control.

This is practical operator support, not a generic report. Start with the areas that affect cash, consistency and management time—then leave with a short, prioritised action plan.

01

Hotels & accommodation

Labour deployment, housekeeping flow, department handovers and the management rhythm behind a consistent stay.

02

Restaurants, pubs & cafés

Rota pressure, stock movement, waste, shift ownership and the daily controls that protect margin when service gets busy.

03

Catering & complex sites

Clear accountability across production, service, accommodation, facilities, logistics and remote or contract operations.

04

Groups & multi-venue operators

A practical view of where standards, reporting and handovers break between locations, departments or management layers.

Ireland & EU commercial plan

Clear prices. No pretend localisation.

Euro pricing is ready for the Irish launch, but it will only become the active checkout after the Irish business, tax and payment setup is confirmed. Operators can still book the current GBP Review today.

Implementation · planned euro price

30-Day Operations Control Sprint

€1,490

Three priority controls, weekly implementation calls and a final 60-day roadmap. The Review is the required first step; final scope, credit and terms are confirmed before work begins.

Transition status

The Ireland base and euro checkout are in preparation. This page does not claim Irish VAT registration, an Irish company, an Irish office or a completed change of payment account. Any on-site engagement is confirmed separately in writing.

How delivery works

Local focus. Wider European reach.

Remote delivery keeps the first decision quick and proportionate. Travel is only added when it materially improves the work and the operator agrees the scope and cost in advance.

01

Ireland

Remote reviews now. On-site work discussed by scope, location and availability.

02

European Union

Remote reviews and implementation support for English-speaking management teams.

03

United Kingdom

Current online products, Review checkout and remote support continue unchanged.

Straight answers

Before you book.

The commercial route is deliberately simple: take the free scan, book the Review if the pressure is real, and only discuss a Sprint if implementation support is justified.

Who is this support for?

Hospitality leaders running hotels, accommodation, restaurants, pubs, cafés, catering, remote sites or multiple venues—and carrying operational pressure that needs a practical response.

Can Paul work with operators outside Ireland?

Yes. The 90-minute review and follow-up are remote-first, making them available to operators across Europe without adding travel cost or delay.

Is on-site work available in Ireland?

It can be discussed case by case. Scope, location, timing, travel and commercial terms must be agreed in writing before any visit is confirmed.

Can I pay in euros today?

Not through the current checkout. The planned Ireland/EU prices are €349 for the Review and €1,490 for the Sprint. Until Irish business and payment setup is confirmed, the live online Review remains £295 GBP.
