TheWorkingGM does not sell personal information. Do not enter guest, employee, payroll, password, card or confidential case data into the Leak Check or Control Room.

Leak Check information

We store the operation type, scale and twelve control answers needed to generate the report, together with a random reference, payment status and Stripe Checkout session reference. The questionnaire does not ask for names, files or exact financial figures.

Checkout, support and membership

Stripe handles payment details and the checkout email; TheWorkingGM does not receive the full card number. We may also handle a name, business email, organisation, support message, purchased product, billing status and member-access status.

Why information is used

Information is used to generate and retrieve reports, confirm payment, provide support, configure authorised member access, prevent misuse, maintain reasonable customer records and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and subscription data. OpenAI services support the hosted Sites and member-access infrastructure. Service providers handle data under their applicable terms and privacy controls.

Retention

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for report retrieval, service delivery, support, accounting, security, legal obligations and dispute prevention. Unpaid, incomplete Leak Check records may be removed after seven days.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and records that must be retained. Begin through Customer support and write “Privacy” at the start of the message.
