These terms are the public baseline for the Operational Leak Check and Control Room. Statutory rights are not affected.

Who provides the service

TheWorkingGM is operated by Paul Gavshon and is designed primarily for business customers and hospitality operators.

Prices and payment

Public prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP). Stripe handles checkout and shows the amount before payment. The Operational Leak Check is a one-time £9.99 introductory purchase. Control Room Core membership is £149 per month, per property, until cancelled.

The Operational Leak Check

The Leak Check uses the venue context and twelve control answers supplied by the customer to generate a structured mini-audit report. The report includes four-area scoring, ranked priorities, a seven-day action plan, evidence to check and a Control Room prescription.

It is an operational diagnostic, not a financial, statutory, legal, tax, HR or food-safety audit. It does not prove a loss or guarantee a saving. Customers remain responsible for checking the findings against approved operating records and making management decisions.

Control Room membership

Core membership covers one property and includes the operating workspace, professional toolkit, product updates and personal setup around the customer's Leak Check findings. It renews monthly until cancelled. We use the checkout email to confirm the property and secure member-access details.

Access and acceptable use

Member access is for the authorised customer and must not be shared or used to attempt unauthorised access. Do not enter guest, employee, payroll, password, card or confidential case data. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for their operating decisions.

Intellectual property

TheWorkingGM materials remain owned by or licensed to their provider. A paying customer may use a delivered report and member materials internally for the property covered by the purchase. Resale or public redistribution is not permitted without written consent.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, responsibility is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss directly connected to the purchased service.
