A practical refund and cancellation policy.

If TheWorkingGM cannot deliver a paid service, the undelivered amount will be refunded. This policy does not limit any rights the law gives you.

£9.99 Operational Leak Check

The report is generated and released immediately after Stripe confirms payment. If a technical fault prevents access, use support. We will restore access or refund the purchase if we cannot provide the report.

Once the personalised digital report has been released, the fee is not routinely refundable except where required by law or where the service is materially defective.

Control Room membership

Cancel before the next monthly renewal to stop future charges. Access continues to the end of the paid billing period. Part-used periods are not routinely refunded except where required by law or where the service was not provided.

How to request help

Use Customer support with the checkout email, product and what you need. Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive operating records.
